Welcome to the New Hope Public Library. Our Library was established in 1988 in the southeastern Madison County community of New Hope. We are located in the New Hope City Plaza off Main Drive in downtown New Hope. The Library replaces the Elizabeth Carpenter Public Library of New Hope that was closed in August of 2021. The new location has many updates including access to a shared community room that offers additional space for children’s storytimes and more.
